Michaels Matthews, NC is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture across the store, driving sales results and a superior customer experience. This role oversees front-end and service operations, ensuring consistent execution of selling behaviors, brand standards, and SOPs.

You will provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, coach teams in Customer Experience and ART of Selling, promote Loyalty Rewards, and support omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Lead front-end and service operations.
• Coach staff on customer experience and selling behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOP compliance and company programs.
• Ensure policy execution and store conditions.
• Model and coach customer experience and ART of Selling.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel services.
