Responsibilities include MOD coverage, POS system management, and overseeing in-store programs such as loyalty and events, with a focus on omni-channel service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to implement SOPs and company programs.
• Strong focus on customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards and selling behaviors.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout system usage and support transactions.
• Drive sales and omni-channel service, including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote loyalty programs and protection plans to customers.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Support asset protection practices and shrink reduction.
• Participate in department-level planning for events and programs.
