The Michaels Companies is seeking a Sales Manager at our Pitt-WM Penn Hwy location in PA to lead a high-performing selling culture, drive sales results, and deliver an engaging customer experience across front-end and service operations.

You will coach teams, ensure adherence to SOPs and brand standards, manage day-to-day execution, and support omni-channel services such as BOPIS, loyalty enrollment, and protection plans while upholding store standards.

Formación

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations and coach frontline teams to meet selling standards.
• Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed and store conditions meet standards.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel service like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
