Responsibilities

• Lead and champion high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards.
• Coach team on Customer Experience and ART of Selling to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain operational continuity.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee in-store programs and events (Balloons, Birthday parties, Knit & Sew Shop).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and drive customer retention.
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support Custom Framing operations and frame shop coordination.
• Train and develop team members and maintain Asset Protection.
