Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and company programs to ensure legal compliance.
• Ensure execution of company policies and standards, and hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations to support smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, Birthday parties, etc.) and events.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention and visits.
• Drive sales and operating excellence in Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experience.
