Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture across the store to drive sales and customer experience.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards and operational expectations.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Promote loyalty program and drive customer retention.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Coach and develop team through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices and reduce shrink.
