Michaels in McMurray, PA is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture and drive sales while delivering an engaging customer experience. You will oversee front-end and service operations, ensure SOPs and brand standards are followed, and coach the team to achieve KPIs.

Responsibilities include MOD coverage, POS/self-checkout oversight, and coordination of in-store programs from balloons to loyalty enrollment, with a focus on seamless omni-channel service and department

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure SOP compliance across the store.
• Coach team on Customer Experience and selling behaviors to improve conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout accuracy and customer support.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, birthday parties, loyalty enrollment) and omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Support Custom Framing operations and Knit & Sew Shop with franchisee alignment.
• Train and develop team members and uphold Asset Protection practices.
