Job summary

POP MART is seeking a dedicated Sales Lead for its expanding U.S. footprint. You will oversee daily store operations, guide a sales team, and ensure a top-notch customer experience across locations in the United States. Your role includes upholding brand standards and driving sales performance.

You will coordinate with store leadership on merchandising, events, and product focus, while remaining adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment and flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required; retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver strong customer service.
• Experience using data to improve sales and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the sales floor and motivate the team.
• Act as the on-duty leader in the store when the Store Manager is not present.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Lead the store to meet brand standards reflecting POP MART values.
• Support in-store events, pop-ups, and new store openings.
• Drive sales of key products such as Blind boxes, MEGA, and accessories.
• Work with Visual Merchandising/inventory roles as needed.
