POP MART in Danbury is seeking a Sales Lead to drive exceptional customer experiences while supporting daily store operations. You will serve as the Leader on Duty, coaching staff, and helping to push sales and KPI targets through strong product knowledge and customer engagement.

The role emphasizes leadership, brand ambassadorship for POP MART, and collaboration with store leadership. Must be 18+ with retail experience and an interest in pop culture collectibles.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture.
• Able to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Leader on Duty when Store Manager or Assistant Manager is unavailable.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve individual and store goals.
• Promote product categories, limited editions, and exclusive collections.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and cash handling with accuracy.
• Support inventory, shipments, stockroom, replenishment, and merchandising.
