Job summary

You will mentor team members, ensure SOPs and brand standards, promote loyalty programs, manage omni-channel services like BOPIS and delivery, and partner with store leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience coaching teams on customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Ability to manage front-end and service operations to deliver KPI results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model SOPs and company programs to ensure store compliance.
• Coach team to deliver best-in-class customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership during shifts.
• Oversee POS, self-checkout, and omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and protect engaging customer interactions.
