Job summary

Paper Source, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead in Dallas to model excellent selling behaviors, mentor the team, and drive exceptional customer service. You will lead merchandise presentation, campaigns, and store operations to achieve sales goals and operational excellence.

You will develop CSAs, ensuring knowledge transfer and collaboration across the store team while maintaining a welcoming, tidy, and engaging shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong leadership skills to mentor CSAs.
• Solid knowledge of store operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable shopping experiences that keep customers returning.
• Lead Visual Merchandising and replenishment to maintain a neat, inviting store.
• Coach and develop customer service associates to grow expertise.
• Direct day-to-day store operations including receiving and returns.
• Drive sales and optimize performance during MOD shifts.
