Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through genuine interactions and community engagement.
• Train and develop team members, coach and support for success.
• Drive store performance by identifying customer needs and providing styling recommendations.
• Maintain deep knowledge of products to support confident purchasing decisions.
• Assist with store operations, openings/closings, visual merchandising, inventory, and policies.
