J.Jill is seeking a Sales Lead to support store leadership, drive sales, and coach the team in creating meaningful connections with customers. You will provide personalized styling, maintain product knowledge, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience within a collaborative, inclusive culture.

The role requires a passion for customer service, a willingness to work a flexible schedule (including weekends) and a commitment to meeting sales targets while upholding brand standards and policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in women’s specialty retail.
• Passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through genuine interactions.
• Assist in training and developing team members, providing coaching to ensure team success.
• Help drive store performance by identifying customer needs and offering personalized styling.
• Maintain deep knowledge of J.Jill products to support confident purchases.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing, visual merchandising, and inventory.
