Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience or strong sales/customer-service background.
• Passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through genuine interactions.
• Assist in training and coaching team members for success.
• Identify customer needs and provide personalized styling recommendations to hit sales targets.
• Maintain deep knowledge of products to assist purchasing decisions.
• Support store operations: opening/closing, visual merchandising, inventory, policies.
