Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences while guiding associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and step in as manager when needed.

The role emphasizes coaching, team development, and maintaining high standards of service and visuals, with opportunities to advance across our brands. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching for associates.
