Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise teams, and uphold brand standards in a customer-focused environment. You will guide daily operations, set team direction, and model hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with store policies, while supporting development and delivering exceptional service daily.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and feedback to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Manage scheduling and inventory replenishment; uphold brand standards and store policies.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and support associate development.
