Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model exceptional hospitality. You will guide daily operations, ensure brand standards, and create memorable customer experiences that reflect our values.

You'll coach teammates, share product knowledge, manage scheduling, and support omni-channel selling while maintaining cash handling and inventory accuracy. 18+ required, nights/weekends/holidays expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example on the sales floor.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Execute operations: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
• Stay informed on promotions and store policies.
• Assist with scheduling and development of associates.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
• Foster a positive team environment through collaboration.
