Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver personalized customer experiences and support the store team. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to master store functions and step in as manager when needed.

The role values include retail experience, leadership potential, and a proactive approach to driving sales and guest satisfaction. This is a regular/part-time position at one of our WI locations with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Comfort with operating a point-of-sale system and handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Foster an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome.
• Maintain high visual and operational standards focused on the customer.

• Provide in-the-moment coaching so associates excel in customer interactions.
