Job summary

KnitWell Group in Lehi, UT is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and support associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to master store functions and step in as manager when needed.

Responsibilities include onboarding and developing a highly engaged team, maintaining visual/operational standards, and driving an omnichannel, customer‑focused store culture.

Qualifications

• 6‑months retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point‑of‑sale systems and technology.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proactive in decision making and priorities.
• Able to organize, delegate and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead through example to deliver personalized customer experiences.
