Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to run day-to-day operations and step in as manager when needed.

You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold brand standards, and use technology to support omnichannel shopping. This role requires strong coaching, organization, and flexibility.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience in supervising or leading a team.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards.
• Utilize tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
