Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead at our Vero Beach store to model excellent customer experiences and mentor a team of associates. You will work closely with the Store Manager to master store operations and step in as acting manager when needed.

Ideal candidates have retail sales and management experience, strong communication and coaching skills, and the ability to adapt schedules including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Tech proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to become an expert on store functions.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to team members.
• Utilize tools to support an omnichannel shopping experience for customers.
• Maintain high visual and operational standards with a customer focus.
