Job summary

KnitWell Group's Soma store in Estero, FL is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model exceptional service. You will help deliver personalized experiences, uphold brand standards, and drive sales by coaching staff and maintaining store operations.

This role requires at least 2 years of retail management, a team player mindset, and flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations, including opening/closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and omni-channel approaches.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute scheduling, cash handling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Support associate development and communicate brand priorities to store teams.
