KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 1323-Westfield Broward-ANN-Plantation, FL. You will deliver personalized customer experiences, model brand standards, and support associates under the Store Manager.

You will become an expert on store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed. You will help onboard and develop an engaged team, uphold visual and operational standards, use tools to drive a customer-focused, omnichannel environment, coach associates with real-time

Qualifications

• 6 months retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to organize, delegate and prioritize assignments.

• Be a brand representative and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
