Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide Associates. You will work with the Store Manager to master store functions and be prepared to step in as manager when needed.

Ideal candidates have about 6 months of retail sales experience and comfort with operating a point-of-sale system, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. This Regular/Part time role offers 401(k), merchandise discounts, and growth opportunities across our brands.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Support and role model excellent customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to understand store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.
• Provide guidance and coaching to associates to improve performance and customer interactions.
• Maintain high visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
