Job summary

KnitWell Group in Charlotte, NC seeks a Sales Lead to champion the customer experience and coach a team. You will partner with the Store Manager to model best practices, onboard and develop staff, and ensure the store operates at peak efficiency while upholding brand standards.

You will drive omnichannel shopping, provide timely feedback, and foster an inclusive, high-energy environment that motivates associates to deliver personalized service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and checkout technology.
• Ability to coach and communicate effectively with staff.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong decision making and task delegation skills.
