Aufgaben

• Lead store operations and adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Coach team on customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain service standards.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel order fulfillment (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Promote loyalty program and protection plans to drive retention.
• Train and develop team members and reinforce asset protection.
