Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results
• Model and coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors, driving conversion and customer satisfaction
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and operational continuity
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout systems and customer support
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program
• Drive sales and operational excellence in knit & sew shop and impact of Cut Bar experience
• Ensure efficient BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and skill-building
• Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink
