CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to deliver standout customer service and manage day-to-day store tasks.

You'll build relationships, rent storage units, process payments, and keep the facility clean and safe while aiming to meet monthly goals. The role emphasizes daytime hours and potential Sundays off across the U.S., with a path to growth within CubeSmart.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Own vehicle, valid driver's license, and up-to-date insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs and delivering solutions.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and handle daily deposits.
