Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is looking for a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within your district, blending strong customer service with hands-on maintenance tasks.

You will develop relationships with customers, rent units, process payments via our POS, and help keep facilities clean, safe, and organized. The role offers daytime hours, occasional Sundays off, and a benefits package that supports your life and future.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service.
• Strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required.
• Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments utilizing our POS System, completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls regarding late payments.
• Maintaining a clean and safe storage facility to ensure conditions meet company guidelines.
