Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within the district, combining customer service with property maintenance. You will build relationships, identify storage needs, and ensure a standout customer experience across multiple locations.

The role includes renting units, processing payments with our POS, and daily tasks to keep the property clean and secure. A positive, self-driven mindset and ability to work Saturdays are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays (and Sundays in some locations).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and delivering solutions.
• Rent units, process payments, and manage the leasing process.
• Walk the property and perform daily operational tasks.
• Maintain clean and safe facilities and grounds.
