Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage for smooth transactions and customer support.
• Oversee in-store programs and events (Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, etc.).
• Promote loyalty rewards and protection plans to drive retention and services adoption.
• Drive omni-channel fulfillment (BOPIS and Same Day Delivery) and support framing/ custom services.
