The Michaels Companies is seeking a Sales Manager for the Cypress, TX store to lead a high-performing team and drive strong sales results while delivering an engaging customer experience.

You will oversee front-end operations, ensure adherence to SOPs, coach the team on selling behaviors, manage POS and checkout flows, and promote loyalty and protection plans. Nights, weekends, and early mornings are required in this fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and Company programs.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations and support transactions.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and protection plans; drive customer retention.
• Drive sales and omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
