Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture to drive sales results.
• Oversee front-end and service operations ensuring SOPs and brand standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and develop team members.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for transactions.
• Drive Loyalty Reward Program enrollment and omni-channel service (BOPIS/Delivery).
• Support Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, and other in-store programs as needed.
