Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies and store standards.
• Coach and develop team to deliver strong customer experiences.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and ensure floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Drive in-store programs like Balloons, loyalty, and protection plans.
• Lead omni-channel fulfillment with BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support Custom Framing operations where applicable.
• Ensure asset protection and shrink-reduction practices.
