Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture and customer experience.
• Ensure front-end and service operations meet brand standards and SOPs.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and ensure operational continuity.
• Oversee POS/Self-Checkout usage and omni-channel service delivery (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and drive customer retention.
• Train and develop team members across departments.
