Job summary

Michaels Store - SLC-LAYTON, UT is seeking friendly team members to help customers locate products and provide solutions, delivering a fast, friendly checkout experience and supporting omnichannel services such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance to maintain an inviting, in-stock store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the rewards program and enrollments
• Educate customers on the VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain merchandise availability and store recovery including returns
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
