Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Park City, UT is hiring a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and maintain a fast checkout experience. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising to keep the store well organized.

Retail or customer service experience is preferred. You must be able to stand for long periods and work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise, maintain planograms.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store).
• Support shrink, safety programs, and SOP adherence.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
