Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Team Member for the SLC-LAYTON, UT area. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience.

You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-store planograms to keep shelves well-merchandised and in stock. You will engage customers in rewards programs and enroll them in Private Label Credit Cards, support Omni-channel processes, and uphold SOPs and policies while

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Educate customers on rewards programs and enroll them in Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) maintenance.
• Maintain in-stock store and complete merchandise recovery and returns process.
