Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Team Member for our Midvale, UT location to assist customers, stock shelves, and process transactions. You will help customers locate products, explain our rewards program, and support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, maintaining planograms, and upholding safety and SOP standards while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast checkout experience with cash-handling to standards.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Unloading trucks, stocking, and following planograms.
• Maintain in-stock shelves and perform merchandise recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production; interact respectfully.
