Job summary

Michaels in the United States is hiring for a friendly Store Team Member. You will assist customers, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

Responsibilities include supporting in-store recovery, stocking, BOPIS/SFS processes, and participation in truck unloads. They emphasize friendly service, safety, and adherence to SOPs, with opportunities to cross-train in Custom Framing and to grow within a large national retailer.

• Retail or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Ensure fast, friendly checkout with proper cash handling.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and truck unloading.
• Maintain replenishment, planograms and in-stock conditions.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; support safety programs.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Other duties as assigned.
