Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Bountiful, UT seeks a store team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure quick, accurate checkout experiences.

You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms to keep shelves well merchandised. Applicants should be comfortable standing for long periods and lifting, with availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
• Process fast, accurate checkouts with proper cash handling.
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms (POGs).
• Assist with omni-channel duties such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Maintain store recovery, handle returns and the general in-stock store presentation.
