Job summary

Michaels Vista Store is seeking engaged team members to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will complete truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, promoting the Rewards program, handling transactions, and supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms.
