Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Service Team Member for the Orem store in Utah. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You’ll unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms to keep the store well merchandised and in‑stock.

Additionally, you’ll participate in BOPIS/SFS processes, support store recovery, and cross‑train in Custom Framing selling and production as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light to moderate lifting.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and find what they’re looking for.
• Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
