Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify product against Purchase Orders and/or supplier paperwork.
• Ensure product integrity and, when needed, check temperatures.
• Stamp, initials, process, and file invoices; distribute copies to teams.
• Close purchase orders in the store purchasing application.
• Adhere to Receiving standards and Store Process guidelines.
• Distribute processed paperwork to Store Leadership and regional office.
• Assist with accounts payable follow-ups with vendors.
• Support product teams with accounting during inventory close.
• Maintain baler, compactor, and environmental areas in proper working order.
• Attend required trainings and meetings and be on time.
