Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Product Operations Lead at the Houston Premium Outlets for a 6-month contract. This role drives store product strategy execution, inventory processing, and back-of-house operations while ensuring floor and stockroom readiness and guest experience.

You will collaborate with store leadership, plan inventory shifts, participate in hiring decisions, and lead in‑moment coaching. The position requires at least 1 year of experience and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or coordinating others

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing)
• Engage team members to create a fun and productive inventory shift
• Monitor product levels and inform sell-through strategy and availability
• Review daily business data to advise store leadership on product focus
• Participate in store hiring, onboarding, and training
