lululemon King of Prussia seeks a Product Operations Lead to drive store product strategy, inventory management, and back‑of‑house operations. You will lead inventory shifts, supervise on-floor guest education, and support hiring and coaching to build a high‑performing team.

The role emphasizes collaboration with store leadership, data-informed actions, and maintaining a world‑class guest experience while ensuring shelves and back areas stay organized and stocked.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience required.
• Some experience with inventory management, product/visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Proactively plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members in inventory management and create a productive shift atmosphere.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Review daily business data to inform actions and recommendations.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process and onboarding.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members for development.
