Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead for our store in Ardmore, PA. You will lead inventory shifts, oversee BOH operations, and ensure both floor and back-of-house stock is organized to support an exceptional guest experience.

You will participate in hiring decisions, coach team members, and act as Supervisor on Duty when scheduled, ensuring adherence to SOPs and delivering world-class product education to guests.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan and manage inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to create a fun and productive shift.
• Monitor product levels and inform sell‑through strategy and product availability.
