lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join our store leadership team in Pittsburgh. You will drive the store product strategy, manage product operations, and oversee inventory across floor and back-of-house to keep shelves stocked and organized.

You’ll influence team performance, assist with hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty while delivering a world-class guest experience on the floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail or related fields.
• Experience with inventory management and merchandising.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and implement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory shifts and ensure accurate stock across floor and back-of-house.
• Oversee BOH product operations and inventory processes.
• Provide input on team performance and store hiring decisions.
• Deliver a world-class guest experience when on the floor.
