Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Product Operations Lead to execute the store product strategy, manage inventory, and ensure both the floor and back of house are organized. You will lead inventory shifts and oversee BOH product operations, while contributing to hiring decisions and acting as Supervisor on Duty to deliver a world-class guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics using business technology.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or implementing processes with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities following SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members in inventory management and create a productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Review business data to inform actions and recommendations on product focus or pricing.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and collaborate effectively.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to deliver a world-class guest experience.
