Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team, driving product strategy execution, inventory management, and back-of-house operations. You will lead inventory shifts, supervise BOH and ensure floor stock is organized, while supporting hiring decisions and performance feedback.

On the floor, you’ll deliver a world-class guest experience, coach teammates, and move between floor and back-of-house to maintain product availability and education.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members during inventory management.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Review daily metrics to inform actions for product focus/pricing.
• Participate in store hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Foster inclusive, respectful team environment.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to deliver product education and guest experience.
